1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
Other Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number (if available) so you can track your shipment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most areas of Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

7. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing an order. MalikxFind is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Courier service issues
Remote delivery locations

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
